Morton Friedkin
Chairman

Morton Friedkin founded Friedkin Realty Group in 1970. Mr. Friedkin has over 34 years of experience in various real estate projects, including all phases of acquisition, management, and disposition of multifamily properties. In addition to acting as Chairman, Mr. Friedkin also directs FRG’s acquisition staff. He holds degrees in Economics and Political Science.

Jonathan V. Gaule
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Gaule is the Chief Operating Officer of the Company.  He is responsible for overall company operating and financial activities. Mr. Gaule’s knowledge of the real estate industry results from his thirty-five years of experience with both public and private companies in all major real estate sectors. 

Mr. Gaule is a licensed certified public accountant in California and holds Bachelor of Science and Masters’ of Business Administration degrees from The University of Southern California.  

Chris Westcott
Vice President of Asset Management

As the Vice President of Asset Management, Mr. Westcott is responsible for the physical and financial performance of Friedkin Realty Group’s apartment portfolio. In addition to monitoring the apartment communities on daily basis, he is responsible for the sourcing, valuation and due diligence process on all new potential investments. With experience in all facets of multi-family acquisitions and asset management (conventional, bond financed, tax credit), Mr. Westcott understands the continually evolving real estate market and is able to approach every deal from a variety of perspectives.

Mr. Westcott is a licensed real estate broker in California and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The George Washington University.
