Reports

Communication is one of the most important aspects of real estate management. We send detailed reports to our property owners each month, using up-to-the-minute accounting software and providing customized reports upon request.

Below are just some of the reports we can provide:

Statement of Operations
Year-to-date and monthly budget comparison outlining income and expense allocations.

Balance Sheet
Monthly balance sheets spelling out assets and liabilities to give you a complete, detailed picture of your property. Includes amortization, depreciation, and capital items.

Detailed Rent Roll
Two reports outlining tenants, rental rates, lease start and end dates and deposits held. Includes a summary of occupied/vacant units, gross potential rent, and average rent per square foot.

Activity Reconciliation Report
Monthly activity statements that detail each lessee's charges and payments by ledger account and summarizes the total charges and payments posted for each ledger account by building.

Aged Trial Balance
A detailed statement that shows invoice balances due for each vendor. Shows current amounts due along with a breakdown of past due amounts categorized by 31-60 days, 61-90 days, and over 90 days. For each amount shown, a detailed description is given for any invoice that is past 30-days due.

Check Register
Monthly report outlining checks written from the property account. Includes details such as invoice number and date, amount paid, check number, and date the check was issued.
